Holiday magic is perhaps best experienced through the beaming faces of gleeful children. To capture the palpable wonder and enthusiasm surrounding the holidays for client Publix, Süperfad & Moxie crafted a glittery spot that favors the gift of small but powerful moments. Director Will Hyde collaborated with noted DP Carlos Veron to capture the luminous optical effects in-camera using special vintage lenses. Additional glow and cheer were added in post.
Süperfad Creative Director Nando Costa recently finished this series of limited edition letterpress prints entitled “Memories of an Escapist”, an homage to artists which have been key to Nando’s understanding of various aspects of the art field throughout his career.
Each of the 3-color artworks measures 6x9 inches and was printed on Crane Lettra Pearl white 110#. It’s limited to 50 numbered copies which can be bought on Etsy.
The prints are portraits of Hieronymus Bosch, Lygia Clark, Maurits Cornelis Escher, Wassily Kandinsky, Stephen and Timothy Quay (Brothers Quay) and Bill Viola.
